Rates:
Prime Season (5/1-10/31): $197.50/night, minimum two nights. Each additional night is $135. Weekly rate is $895.Value Season: (1/1-4/30 & 11/1-12/31) From $180/night for the first two nights. Each additional night is $110. Weekly rate is $795. All major holidays is prime season rate.
Our reservation policies: Three night minimum for holidays. Deposit of 50% of rental fee and taxes (11.75%) will be due at the time of reservation, with a balance being due upon arrival. Read our Reservation Policies.
